Reiki universal life force energy. The practice of administering Reiki is a long-lived tradition born from Japan. I am a Reiki II practitioner, and have been practicing energy work and chakra balancing for years. My Reiki sessions combine basic energy work and relaxation techniques with traditional Reiki and compassionate processing as needed.

I am a registered Yoga teacher, and I enjoy tying Reiki in to classes. This looks like practicing specific asanas and pranayamas with the intention to connect to specific energy centers, receiving Reiki during savasana, and the use of Reiki symbols to start and close sessions.
