This retreat lasts from Thursday afternoon until Sunday morning, allowing us a night for introductions and bond building, two full days of activities and development, and a morning to wrap up and prepare to return to our lives rejuvenated, connected, and in touch with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Come join us at the Sacral and Sacred Women’s Retreat on a private plot all to ourselves in the quiet space of Lebanon Ohio. Each guest gets a bed either to themselves or shared with one other sister. There are showers, a kitchen, games, outdoor spaces, plenty of animals, and plenty of nature to connect with!
All of the food served on this weekend is prepared on-site by a talented sister. Much of it is geared to assist in balancing your sacral chakra. There will be three meals served each day, with snacks made available 24/7 to meet everyone’s unique needs.
If you have an allergy, preference, or follow a certain diet, let us know in advance and we can make sure to accommodate you.

My name is Abbi Landers, and I am SOUL excited that you are considering joining me and other beautiful women for the Sacral and Sacred Women’s Retreat!
I am a trauma-informed 200-HR RYT, Reiki II Practitioner, Herbalist, and a lover of personal, somatic, and spiritual development.
Growing up, I endured a lot of change and pain, including long-term hospitalization for chronic illness. Tools like mindfulness and meditation had been pushed heavily on me to assist with mental health and traumas, and one day someone helped explain things to me on an integrative basis, referencing the chakras.
Since then, I have learned a lot about how our brains, souls, and bodies work, and I have developed routines to achieving change and excellence, and nurturing the things in our lives that light us up.
I regularly host workshops, yoga flows, and women’s circles, and bringing these all together in retreats creates an incredible and transformative experience for everyone involved.
My hope for you is that you leave this specific retreat not only with new sisters, a deep-rooted appreciation for yourself, and a renewed sense of energy, but also with a newfound connection to your creativity, pleasure, sensuality, and femininity.
Isabel is a health coach, women’s space holder, and a private chef, all packaged into one bundle filled with so much passion and personality.
When Isabel cooks, she is showing her love, expressing her creativity, and connecting with her roots.
Emily, AKA She’s from Outerspace is an artist and spiritualist located in Central Ohio.
Emily has been consciously exploring spirituality through reiki, divination, hypnosis, meditation, psychic mediumship and spell work for for over five years.
She enjoys expressing herself creatively on either side of a camera lens. Specializing in artistic nude and boudoir photography, Emily enjoys sharing her knowledge on artistic eroticism, sensual freedom, and defined consent. She’s eager to share her many passions with us!
Emily will be guiding a tantric meditative experience exploring self forgiveness, surrender, and empowerment through defining our primal desires and boundaries. She’ll also be offering one-on-one oracle card readings and pre-scheduled photoshoots.
Ashley is a shamanic reiki master, herbalist, tarot reader, spirit channeler, spiritual counselor, and holder of sacred ceremonies. She is multi-faceted and allows source to flow through her in any way it finds!
Ashley will be offering support throughout the weekend, reiki, and other offerings.

No worries at all. If no one you know is interested in joining you, but you feel called to participate, that is your journey! This women’s retreat is oriented around sisterhood and your sacral chakra (creativity, pleasure, etc.), and exposing yourself to a new situation (going somewhere filled with strangers) can be a great obstacle to work through and learn more about yourself.
Not at all. While it sounds very woo-woo, the chakras are simple to explain at a base level and you can take what serves you and leave what doesn’t. Only small portions of the retreat will be actually focused on the energy aspect of the chakra, most of the activities will simply be geared towards connecting ourselves, our earth, and others. If you would like to learn more about anything before attending or purchasing a ticket, feel free to reach out!
Many goods! We will provide all food, water, and beverages. Additionally, we will have soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other self care items available. Also provided will be a journal, a pen, a goodie bag, and some materials to take home. Some items will be provided but you may choose to bring your own if you would like, such as yoga mats.
After you purchase your ticket, I will share full information with you, including what you need to bring. However, almost everything you need will be provided. You will need to bring your clothes, any specific toiletries you would like, any medications or supplements, and anything you need to feel comfy and safe!
In order to make it more affordable, we offer payment plans. Feel free to reach out and we can set something up to custom fit your needs!
